Generation Alive is empowering adolescent girls and young women in Zambia through the "Her Future, Her Choice" project. By re-establishing youth-friendly spaces in schools, organizing debates, raising awareness on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and linking young women to essential GBV and SRHR services, we are transforming communities and enabling girls to make informed choices about their futures.
In partnership with Plan International and Vision of Hope, Generation Alive Zambia is working to protect the rights of vulnerable children and youth in Lusaka, with a focus on girls and young women. Through outreach, linkages with child protection and health services, and access to emergency care, we are making a difference in the lives of those most at risk.

Our Objectives
-To cultivate young women’s and girls’ leadership skills and strengthen their participation in developmental processes such as policy formulation, policy analysis, and decision-making.
-To mentor young women and girls through intra and inter-generational dialogue that allows for sharing of information, skills, strategies, and experiences.
-To advocate for young women’s spaces in the women’s movement.
-To create and provide safe spaces for women within which they can freely and openly discuss issues affecting them, share experiences and create links for collective efforts in improving women’s lives.
